We are dedicated to eradicating any form of modern slavery or human trafficking within our business operations.
To cultivate a deep understanding of the risks associated with modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and operations, we provide comprehensive briefings to relevant staff members. All Directors have received specific training on this issue.
Our company operates within the railway engineering consultancy sector, which is not typically susceptible to forced labour or the prevalence of low-paid unskilled labour. However, we remain vigilant. If our supply chain partners import goods from outside the UK and EU, where the risks of slavery and human trafficking are higher, we will continuously monitor and manage these sources with stringent oversight.
We unequivocally refuse to support or engage with any business known to be involved in slavery or human trafficking.
Caledonian Consultancy is committed to maintaining ethical and transparent business relationships. We implement and enforce robust systems and controls to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not present anywhere in our supply chain.
The Company Director and line managers are responsible for the implementation of this policy and its objectives. They will provide the necessary resources, including training and investment, to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are eradicated within Caledonian Consultancy and its supply chain.
A full copy of this policy, along with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, is accessible to all employees electronically and can be obtained from the Company Director upon request.
